Credit Technologies / Finance Your Care offers a patient financing technology that can include all of your current financing partners, all of the lenders we work with, a full financing web site set up exclusively for your practice, and complete access to TransUnion credit reports. We provide our financing technology based on a flat monthly subscription as described below. By completing the form below and submitting your payment information, you hereby accept the terms of the subscription service and you request re-enrollment with Credit Technologies / Finance Your Care.
Credit Technologies / Finance Your Care is NOT a loan broker, and we are NOT a finance company. That is why our lender rates and fees are wholesale priced to your Practice. As a technology company only, we charge your Practice a flat monthly fee of $575 to use our technology. The only other fee you will ever pay is $9.50 per application in which a credit report is pulled. NOTE: A credit report is not required on every application. The recurring monthly fee will be charged on the same day of each month based on the day your service goes live. The fee for your credit report usage is billed on the 25th day of each month.
This is totally optional! Since there is additional staff time involved in getting a loan application processed and funded, we suggest you charge an Administrative Fee of $375 to the Patient/Applicant if their financing request is approved and accepted. While this fee cannot be called a loan fee, it is perfectly legal to charge an Administrative Fee for your time, and it is okay to finance it in with the loan request for your medical/dental services. By charging this Administrative Fee you will more than offset our fees as described above with just two closing each month. Those two closing could even include the lenders you are using now.
When you enroll, we will charge you the first monthly fee of $575 immediately. This immediate charge is to help offset the costs of setting up your financing website and getting you enrolled with the lenders. However, we will not charge you any other fees until 30 days after your web site is set up and you can start processing loan applications. Once you web site is live, we give you 30-days to cancel your enrollment or continue with the contract. If you cancel, no other future fees or obligations to use our service will apply. But if you do not cancel in the first 30 days, you will be locked into the balance of a 6-month term. At the end of the first 6-month term and each 6-month term thereafter, the agreement will automatically renew for 6 more months unless you cancel. A 30-day email or written notice of your intent to cancel at the end of any term will be required to release you from future monthly charges.
When you enroll, if you pay for the first 6 months upfront, we will give you a 20% discount on your first 6-month contract period. That's a savings of $690. If you are interested in this savings, please let us know when our Provider Relations Manager sends you our welcome email.
